A second public record
Find the maker behind the label.
The care site may not make or send the medicine. Ask for the name of the pharmacy that will.
Run the pharmacy check
Get the pharmacy’s full official name.
Check it with your state board of pharmacy.
Check the board where the pharmacy is based.
Match the name on the label to the record.
Look for public board action or an FDA letter.
An FDA list is not approval
“FDA registered” meant, as of September 2026, that a business had placed its facility information on an FDA list. Federal rules say that does not approve the business or any medicine it makes.
If the maker says it is a larger “503B” compounding facility, check its name on the FDA’s public list.
