The same medicine can have a list price, a cash price, an insurance price and a discount-card price. They are not interchangeable.

As of September 2026, most manufacturer cash prices for uninsured buyers fell between about $149 and about $499 per month, with the medicine and dose affecting the amount. Some doses cost more if a refill was late.

On the six large national weight-care service pages recorded for this guide, standard month-to-month memberships advertised in September 2026 ran from about $20 to $149. These prices covered the service’s membership; medicine was a separate charge. Use this range only as a rough check on an offer, because it is not a market survey.

Ask for the normal ongoing total, not only the opening offer.
